Working with Licenses

During the last years I worked at C&A, I was in charge of the license Design Marketing Dept, so I had direct contact with licenses like Disney, Netflix, Nickelodeon, Mattel. The creative process was to link the brand C&A to the license brand, and then showcase in social media and retail stores, and how to communicate the license in these different channels.

Working with licenses was always a challenge; First, because we had to align both our budget and the license budget, and second, because there was a fandom behind almost each and every license that we wanted to impress, and wanted to do a immersive and fun experience for the client.

2021.

This was a really fun license to work with, it was right when the second movie for Space Jam came out.

For the display in stores, we got an nationwide award from Warner Bros.

Sex Education Campaign

Inspired by the original Netflix series and characters. In this project the greatest challenge was to also make graphics for a 50% Sandals Sale that would be at the same time in stores, so I took the same look and typography I was using for the sex education graphics and this way they would seem they were always the same thing.
